I pushed my way through

Not my first Kraus read. I thought this series was forced. The need to get a book out. The level of minute descriptions was overwhelming. I rarely skip pages but found the need because it went on and on with describing the dirt, or every step of someone walking. Brandi should have been toughened up. The kids were 13 they should have been helping in the fight at least with protecting the house.

Positives because the voices are similar I felt like I was with Nancy Leonard and Marcus. That being said Leonard and Benjamin's voices are a little hard on the ears.
