Nothing really material or practical about this book

Feels more spiritual than practical. Might give it another listen but I was disappointed the first time.

Not scientific at all

Content is philosophical BS. Reader has a strong & annoying German accent. Listened to all introductory matter, ch 1-8 then skipped to summary ch 18.
