Great book, Okay Audiobook

The message in this book is unique to this book. No one talks about self hatred in a way that proves back at you. My favorite part was discovering that hatred toward yourself is often rooted in pride. That I just can't measure up to my own standards. The inability to extend grace to myself was a message I needed to hear to get me moving on the path to recovery. Healing a self image that left me doomed to the shallows.

This is tremendously practical and helpful for anyone knowing they need to forgive. Bruce walks through steps to forgiveness that you can do as you're reading/listening. A must read, as we all need to forgive others and ourselves!
