The Sentinel is the story of your first day of work as an apprentice to Reggie - the sentinel. In this story the listener is the main character. The listener, the sentinel, and an old doorman named Ralf combat the horrors of Otherworld. They work in the basement of the Empire State Building where there is a red door that becomes a portal to "Otherworld" during normal daytime working hours.
