Strong Story, Even Stronger Narration

The Shadow of Galahan is a really solid listen with a great plot and strong world-building. Gulchwater feels gritty and alive, and the tension between the crime-filled bog town and the powerful city of Galahan keeps things interesting. The story moves at a good pace and does a great job balancing crime, mystery, and justice.

The audiobook is especially good, Shaun Hennessy’s voice acting is awesome and adds a ton of personality and atmosphere to the characters. Overall, it’s an engaging, well-told story and definitely worth checking out, especially in audio form.
