But when tragedy strikes Ransom once again and Gabe's life begins to unravel, he must either sink into an abyss of hopelessness or cling to a faith, hope, and love stronger than any he has ever known.

Great historical romance about grace & forgiveness

Loved the relationship between Gabe & Aquira, that no matter how much Gabe blamed & doubted himself, Aquira always believed in him $ bolstered his self-confidence & convinced him that God loved him no matter what

The truth of God

Beautifully written. Kept my interest all the way through, even through the hard reads when the evil one appeared. My prayer is that many who don't believe will read it. Lord willing.

Uplifting but predictable

It’s a romance that reads more like a daily devotional. Very Christian and overloaded with Scripture, even King James English, which becomes a little too schmaltzy even for me, a believer.

I think the testimony would be stronger if not so preachy and churchy. But that’s just me.

It is narrated well.

If I were the editor, I’d have made it more relatable to unbelievers.

Surrender and trust make all the difference
