When sworn protectors of Earth, the Justice Platoon, are all horribly killed, their former arch-enemies come crawling out of the woodwork. Outnumbered, outgunned, and out of options, the US Government has no choice but to activate the Sidekicks Initiative, dragging the Platoon's middle-aged ex-sidekicks out of retirement.

Butterfly King Rules!

The three way comedic interaction between the main characters had me rolling.
I came hear to buy Book 2, sadly Barry hasn't finished it yet.

I think, because I listened to Phil Tron first when the book came out it set my mind to that narration.
couldn't finish it and switched back to Phil's narration

Could have been interesting...

Got the book because the premise interested me. Immediately the characters are dislikable, the story incoherent, and while the VC's are trying their hardest, no amount of acting can save a bad story.
