Annoying - what a disappointment - not like rest of her books

Sally Rigby’s books usually have an intelligent storyline with character development. This feels lazy - another take on the ‘subtle psychological’ terror tactic fare that’s ten a dozen at the moment. Written by Sally or AI? Returned!

What a book, loved this plot. 2 great characters against each other and WOW didn’t see that coming!!

The story started out calmly enough .... then BAM. The twists just kept coming and I did not see any of them coming. This was an exciting, brilliant listen.
Sally out did herself with this story. Clare's performance was excellent. Thank you ladies

I finished Sally Rigby’s “The Silent Guest” and was truly ecstatic. (I do so prefer British mysteries.) Familiar with author Rigby, her storytelling had me hooked from the very beginning. I chose this because of the incredibly talented duo of Clare Corbett and Rigby. I've had the pleasure of listening to many of Corbett’s books over the past 10 years, and she never fails to impress. She is, in my opinion, top-notch – her vocals are exquisite, and she brings Rigby’s characters to vivid life with precision and care. “The Silent Guest” follows Vivienne Campbell, who's in for a jaw-dropping surprise when her seemingly perfect life is infiltrated by a sinister force. The tension builds as her world starts to unravel, and the question echoes: What’s the dark secret from her past? I was totally enthralled with this riveting story, thanks to these two brilliant women. Never a dull moment and a shocker of an ending I never expected. If, like me, you’re a fan of British psychological thrillers, you won't want to miss “The Silent Guest,” a suspenseful masterpiece.
