This book is truly moving. I was surprised by the emotional reaction that I had listening to the story of Harriet Tubman who I was already familiar with. This is a beautiful gift to the world and tribute to “mama Moses.”

Heartfelt and poignant

Spring channels the great Harriet Tubman and tells a lot of her story that was left out by most. Through an amazing journey we are taken to her childhood, the Underground Railroad, her military service and her family life. Many acts to a beautiful story that gets weaved in with Spring’s own. A very important and emotional listen!
