My Granny Trish tells great stories, and these are about two Labrador dogs called Jack and Rory and all the adventures they have throughout their lives. Some of the stories have morals to them, lots of them are funny, and some of them are sad. Granny Trish says that because of some of the sad bits, this book might not be suitable for really little or sensitive children. I’m seven and three-quarters years old and her stories about Jack and Rory are my favorites! My older cousins also love them too. I really hope you enjoy them!

interesting children's story. Great narration.

I enjoyed this audiobook.
The stories are so sweet and original it makes everyone smile. My 9 year old niece also enjoyed listening to it with her younger brother. They are very interested in dogs so the stories are exciting for them.
The morals at the end of each story are sweet and gives them something special to think about.
I recommend this audiobook. If you are looking for a great gift this is it.

Not just for kids!

This is a great listen for any dog lover. The stories are fun and the narration is amazing. This could be a great listen for a short road trip to keep the kids entertained. Take a break from the 897th playing of the Frozen soundtrack and listen to something that you will enjoy as much as your kids!

Just a lovely listen

This is like a warm blanket. From the beautiful tone of the narrator to the sweet stories, this is such a pleasure to listen to. I love stories about dogs, especially from people who love them as much as I do. Really a delight.

Dog Tales From Scotland

A lovely simple book of stories about two dogs and their family from Scotland. Great for children who are getting a new dog as it has lots of information about dogs and their needs and each story has a little moral and there are even some questions to prompt further family discussions. Very nice.

What a lovely story!

This is such a lovely story. Well written and excellent narration. I love the narrator. The Scottish accent adds so much to the story. Being a dog lover, I can identify with the trials and tribulations of the Jack and Rory and their humans. I highly recommend this book.
