This is a short, helpful book to listen to over and over. It doesn’t force changes on you, it’s like Chris is a friend sitting with you to make easy, small changes that payoff quickly.

Worthless word salad

I’m actually sitting here angry at the author for wasting my time with platitude after meaningless platitude of word salad with no actionable relevant content. What a waste of money and time.
