Being a chef doesn’t have to mean losing yourself.

In The Successful Chef: Time Strategies That Actually Work, veteran executive chef and leadership coach Adam M. Lamb delivers a kitchen-tested, no-BS blueprint for reclaiming your time, protecting your energy, and leading with more clarity—even in the middle of service.

This isn’t about color-coded planners or corporate hacks. It’s about practical, real-life tools that help chefs:
✅ Create sustainable daily and weekly rhythms
✅ Delegate with trust and consistency
✅ Set boundaries without guilt
✅ Use systems to save hours every week
✅ Reclaim identity and joy beyond the jacket

Whether you’re burned out, buried in tickets, or just ready for something different, this book will help you stop surviving the kitchen—and start leading it.

If you’re ready to become the kind of chef people want to follow (and you don’t want to burn out doing it)... this one’s for you.

Includes free downloads, real-world checklists, and a practical roadmap for leadership that lasts.

Not a lot of earth shattering information here but I can see it being something I would give to my team as they are moving up in to leadership roles. I abhor virtual voice, please authors stop using this tool. If you don't want to read your own book I am sure you can find someone at a library that will read it for dinner or a young English/acting major at a college for little to nothing.
