With his girlfriend's life on the line, Kevin Jason (Bolt) accepts a mission from the government to save her life. He must retrieve a stolen government superweapon that, if it falls into the wrong hands, could spell disaster not just for America, but the whole world.

To retrieve this weapon, Bolt must team up with a spy to infiltrate the pirate crew of an infamous and dangerous supervillain, who plans to sell the weapon off to the highest bidder.

Yet not all is what it seems, especially in regard to the true nature of the weapon. And once Bolt discovers the truth, his whole world will be turned upside down.
