This time, lightning might not strike twice.

When Kevin Jason's worst enemy steals his powers from him, Kevin and his parents go into hiding under government protection as Kevin's enemy relentlessly hunts them down.

But Kevin cannot hide forever. With his nemesis stealing more powers and growing stronger ever day, Kevin must find a way to regain his own powers in time to stop his enemy before he grows too powerful to stop. Yet regaining his stolen powers appears to be an impossible task until Kevin learns of someone who might be able to help.

But the method that Kevin wants to use may either give him his powers back ... or kill him outright.

The execution

Let me put this in a way superhero fans understand it’s hard to do a superhero losing his powers story like every superhero wanted to give up or did it to save people but instead of a story like that he didn’t even want to give them up he loved his powers and without them he felt incomplete. Yeah at times it got boring to listen to but it pulls you in as the story goes like the mystery and tension created from this story is amazing. I might end up buying all his books and for that I won’t be upset
