interesting military thriller

This was a fun listen. It took one more timeline shift in the audiobook for me to realize there was one than if I was reading it in hard copy. Would've helped me if I knew that before I started listening (though that's not the author's fault at all - I enjoyed the two timeline aspect of the book).

Colby had enough complexity that I didn't exactly know how his efforts would play out. Not coming from a military background, I think the author did a great job being specific but also allowing someone like me to understand what was going on.
