Kept me on my toes

I kept wondering who was on who’s side. Who was going to take this man down or if the female lead would succumb to her powerful husband. Easy listening…. As long as you could keep up with the multiple characters.

Love it

I hate to see it end. While I know there can’t be a reasonable part 2, I can hope!!!

Entertaining but...

I rolled my eyes MANY times.
Ignore the reviews that say the ending was a twist. There are zero surprises. The author paints a black and white picture and nothing beyond.

Good twists and turns

I anxiously wanted to see make character get his. I was pleased about the surprises. Thought there would be more detail about Joanna. Ending a bit clipped.

I enjoyed this very much.
The narrator did an EXCELLENT job bringing the characters to life snd the story held my interest until the very end.
