But, who were the DOAs? And where was he? Police Detective Mike Boyle is called to the scene of an apparent double-homicide. As he waits for his partner, Detective Yvonne King, he has difficulty connecting to the circumstances he finds himself in. When Yvonne arrives, he discovers that he is not alone in his uncertainty. But he must press on through the fog of his confusion, in order to solve the most important case of his life.

The Third State

I enjoyed the Banter back and forth between Mike and Yvonne. This is a good short story. There confused and not sure why things is the way they are. It's got some funny lines In it. Mike and Yvonne is called in to investigate a Double Homicide. I wish this was a series. I would listen to every book with them in it. I think you need to pay attention or it's confusing. First I have read by the author and was a great the narration was excellent, and added to the story. Well done, and will look for more. Given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion

Absolutely Arthur Herzog is a brillient writer and Charles Norman has a fabulous voice.

Left me confused

Really different from anything else. I think maybe I should have paid more attention to the last couple chapters because in the end, I just didn't get it....

Annoying

Nonsensical.
