Being a widow, business owner, and whore house madam has kept Maude very busy. She does not have time for games or interruptions, but fate rarely ever gives us what we want. One moment she’s minding her own business, the next: two extremely good looking men come to offer her immortality. Making deals with demons can be tricky she should have read all the fine print, or at least asked more about HIM, the god they were taking her to.
Now she’s faced with a vampire, demon, and god all hiding in plain sight of humans. What they ask of her, what they need of her will rock her to her very core. She needs to keep her head on straight and not be seduced by power, or HIM.

So different

What a different story than anything I have read. The story had me hooked from the start and the narrator absolutely got the book.

So unexpected

I knew I would enjoy this book simply based on the author’s videos, but I was not prepared for all that happens in this story. The imagination and creepiness that went into this book had be both clutching my pearls and kicking my feet! I can’t wait to read the second book.

As for the narration, I enjoyed the narrator’s dialogue but not so much the cadence of the narration. That was a me thing. His performance was otherwise very good.
