Loved it.

Loved this book! I am falling for Toni and Jake so flipping hard and am hoping they get their nonsense worked out. It was hard to stop listening to this and the narrator is fantastic!

Secrets

This is so full of secrets and devious plots.
Someone is trying to kill all the vampire’s, and frame the wolves, can Toni & Jake figure out who’s behind it?
Can Toni share her secret with Jake?

Such Angst!

Ok. Let's be real for a minute. There are some major flaws to this series. What twenty one year old can go from homeless to buying a house in 18 months!? The timeline is whack. But if we look past that, I'm loving everything else. The chemistry between the characters is there and I like the mate tracker concept, the world building, and the pacing of the story. The romance is at a slow build angsty place, but we're getting character development so I'm being patient. When will the next book be on audible because I'm actually really impatient!

Frustrating

I’m hooked on the plot of this story. Love the characters, cliffhangers keeping me hooked. But I’m getting soooo frustrated with the FL and the “romance” in this story. I love jilted lover stories but only if the guilty party gets some serious comeuppance, has to grovel, realizes his mistake, the FL let’s loose on some anger, etc on his ass… didn’t happen in book 1…STILL didn’t happen in this book. But she gets so close!!! Arghhh! All she does is roll over on her back for him EVERYTIME. No matter how many times he messes up. I swear if she doesn’t stand up for herself and if he doesn’t do some serious sucking up in the 3rd book, then I’m done with this author forever!
