For a long time people have asked me if I knew of any good trading journals. Unfortunately there were none good enough to recommend with confidence, and put my name behind. Now I can.

This is a wonderful book and project, and it provides a great framework for those who are looking to take their craft to the next level. I have often talked about the many components that go into a journal, and now they are all collected in detail for you to digest. Why you should use a trading journal. This book is a natural sequel to Trading Wisdom, building upon those valuable lessons. The Trading Journal takes that wisdom and turns it into a how-to framework for trading, reflection and growing for an aspiring trader. I hope you enjoy!
