Adrian Mole is an adult. At least that's what it says on his passport. The first part of the book was about Adrian Mole, and was in his voice. Much of this was fine, except a list of questions sent to Adrian by an American that was tedious and pointless. The second part of the book was in the author's voice, and described her experiences, which was very surprising to a reader expecting to hear about Adrian Albert Mole.

The new and humorless reader, plus rambling plot line is a major shift from the 1st two books. I am sorry that I bought this. Couldn't get through it, even though I loved the first two books.
