Mallory is Griffin’s sister and looking to start a new life in Gold valley. Colt is surprised to find out Mallory is his new tenant but that isn’t the only thing. He is left with a baby when his deceased friend’s girl shows up saying she can’t take care of the baby. I don’t know why I forgot who Mallory was at first, maybe it had just been to long since I read Griffin’s book. The little check ins from a few old characters coming to Mallory’s birthing center made my day. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
