It's a great guide to get you started in shadow work, but hard to follow without the visuals that would otherwise be in the print version. Would make a great reference book, but as an audio book, it falls short

Excellent book to discover one’s self

Excellent introduction to the different types of self , I got to the first chapter and immediately ordered the book to have in my hands , although I love the audible , this book is a great reference to have in hand .
