Excellent Content

The content was excellent and exactly the information i was looking for. I use a lot of these techniques but now learning that i can automate them is awesome.
The narrator got a little boring at times but I understand this not an adventure novel. Overall great content.

This is the approach that makes sense

This author/investor has married a technological approach to practical insights on investing in real estate. After attending RE seminars, reading and hearing multiple books on the Subject of real estate investing, (as well as talking to family and friends already investing) this is the approach that makes the most sense! For most, equity seems to be the later result of investing; Mr. Koren’s advice seems to put equity at the forefront of the investing decision. There may be many others who agree with this but Mr. Koren is the one who made it crystal clear in this book.
There are numerous ways of investing in real estate, but the one thing that matters in all of it is that you get it for the right price. Mr. Koren advises a proper calculation of equity, and strategies to ensure that you buy at the right price.

Great insight and protection risk measures

This is the first book that kept my attention and interest. Very informative and insightful. Helps you think and see outside the box for opportunities and how they work.
