Anne and Hutch have escaped the confines of the Tyson Estate with plans to live out in the harsh conditions of The Elements where it is always winter. Instead, they accidentally discover an entire society of people living underground.
Dwellers, as they call themselves, enjoy a peaceful existence away from the Estates and out of The Elements in a world called Sub Terra.
