Don't waste your time listening to this 'virtual voice' narrated book - I have heard other auto=narrated books, and while none of them are 'good', this one was TERRIBLE. If it hadn't been free i would have requested a refund. This is a shame as there is some very good content for all levels of engineering management. In the end it tries a bit too hard to be over-encompassing imho, but where it focused on management of engineers and technology, and better understanding the role of CTO, it was very good. Do yourself a favor and get the physical book as a reference (note that I could not find this book on Amazon) - read the sections you need when you need them, and save the frustration of trying to listen to this book even though it may be free.

Some good info but worst 'auto narration' ever
