This story is about a young man's life flashing before his eyes as he battles to stay conscious after he confronts the person he deemed responsible for the death of someone dear to him. Carter, the protagonist grew up as an emotionally unguided child and glorified the idea of finding someone made for him. Growing up as a loner meant he never learned to regulate his emotions, especially his anger. Not understanding the source of his rage, Carter innately sheaths his hidden rage and soon learns it to be a double-edged sword as he embarks on a journey of friendships and relationships, both platonic and passionate love, and betrayal. This story will bring back old memories like never before: a story that will take you on a nostalgic rollercoaster ride through the time when you were approaching adulthood. This is the story of Carter.

MUCH ENJOYED!

The story was very fascinating and full of excitement. The romantic narrative kept my mind engaged with satisfaction in regard to the great sense of humor. I applauded how the author well structured the tale and made it relatable. Outstanding ability by the author for the used of common modern English language. Definitely 5 out of 5 ! A remarkable creativity by the author was the excellent use of foreshadowing. Can’t forget the music was an ideal fit.

Great ending with room for more! I want more!!

There are plenty of points I want to give the author but the main one that requires the most praise is how smoothly the character's POV transitions, it's a genius way to introduce new and returning characters. I like the fact that the characters experience each scene differently. I like how the book's timeline is based on viral memes, which are hilariously well-implemented in the story. This book kept me at the edge of my seat with the suspense of wondering what else could happen, The emotions are well explained to the point where I felt as if it were about me. The arguments in this book reminded me of a few of my arguments. 5 out of 5 is well deserved, I loved the romantic tension that's built up between the main characters. I cannot wait to see what faith has in store for Carter and his peers. I cannot wait for the next book and more music in the story !!
