A good, informative story!

I liked everything about this book. I am a proponent of the restoration of wolves into Yellowstone. This book gives us further reason to respect this species as part of the ecological chain.

What stood out to me was that 8 was born a good leader and died a good leader

I liked the part where 8 finally finds his place as Alfa in his pack

The pack’s behavior and the Alpha wolves Wolf 9 and Wolf 8. It is a wonderful and interesting read.
