This audiobook is amazing! I put my AirPod in and put it on. I was literally learning as I worked. I am fairly experienced as an Amazon delivery driver and still learned many things from this book. This book not only taught me the hows, but also the whys. There’s a reason why we do things in the way we do them. This book touches on many situations that I have experienced myself on the job and taught me the correct way of handling certain predicaments. I learned to better understand the scorecard and become even more efficient as a driver while keeping safety as my number one priority.
