Dr. Leia Anderson’s book is filled with informative and helpful information about the VEGUS Nerve. It is written for the average person to understand and easily practice the techniques she suggests to alleviate stress. She also squeezes in a little humor and personal examples throughout her writing that make for an enjoyable read. I did not know much or even hear of the vagus nerve before reading this book. Wow, I didn’t realize the effect it has on our body!!! Great- Informative Read!!
