interesting setup

Love the set up of the Vigilantes and they mission they are on. With a vulnerable MMC Dare AND MFC Athena, it is a touching reconnect story. Also it does not hurt that the MFC who is capable in the end of saving herself and her flawed love.

I will say the story would have been served better with a Duet style reading...the voice changes did detract from the flow of the story.

Whiney voices

This book was hard to finish because the characters were written to be very whiney and then the female voice was painful to listen to because it was so whiney.

3rd favorite book

That has got to be the most wonderful love story.I've ever heard it had my heart wrenching.It had it bleeding, it had it crying.It literally had it coming out of my chest.I have never had a love story do that to me, besides madness ..

good story, but the female narrator's voice was so constantly distraught and whiny that I couldn't keep listening.
