The end of the trilogy nearly jumps the shark, I actually put it down for a couple weeks at one point.

But, it rights itself and does conclude the trilogy. Worth listening through till the end.

A suitable conclusion

Having completed The Books of the North, I am excited about going through The Books of the South. This is possibly my favorite series.

Streamlined and digestible. The story is gripping, well read, and well written!
