As the Evers Series reaches its climax, Lola and Devlin uncover more about their peculiar heritage and ancestors and spend some time with the high elves on Summerset Isle - a world that no longer adheres to the constrictive notions of time and space.

Between kidnappings, break-ins, the loss of her parents, and newfound magical abilities, will Lola find the happy ending she deserves?

Although things get wrapped up and I enjoyed the storyline it still left me with a lot of unanswered questions that I had expected answers to. Possibly the answer is in the next series. I don't know but I will enjoy trying to find out

It doesn't answer enough

I can't even put into words how much I enjoyed this series. Loved everything about it. The characters, story, locations, narrator... all of it. I'm so sorry to have it come to and but it was a good ending. Still hoping for the author to write more in the series...I can hope right?

Incredible series!

Parents: PG-PG13 this is acceptable for middle school and up
Language: PG
Violence: none
Sexual content: PG13 - kissing, some raging hormones, but it stays clean.

This is going to mimic my last review because the books are very similar. Lola is back from summer school and adjusting to the changes, and in this one they're learning about their ancestors. They prepare and set off for school in the fall. I will admit that their lavish lifestyle has gotten a bit irritating, and I continue to struggle to stay connected to the characters. There is mostly superficial conflict, self-discovery and very convenient resolutions. The elven world was interesting, and I enjoyed seeing some of the couple's relationships grow. If you're looking for a low stress, happy adventure then this is a great series for you.

The narrator fit the main character well and did a good job with the differentiations - just reads it a bit too perky especially in the more tense spots. I did prefer listening at 1.25x speed.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

OUTSTANDING SERIES.
I have been thoroughly impressed with all four of these fantasy time travel come magical academy series, involving 2 modern generations with an older generation playing a very moving part. The writing really appeals to me and the narration is just perfect. Suitable for all ages over 10 in my opinion. The family and friends are sure to capture your heart as they did mine.

This is the fourth and last book in The Evers Series, a fantasy clean series. The story continues where the third book left off. The characters are well developed, and interesting. The storyline is fast-paced, intriguing, and captivating. The world building is fantastic, and original. This is an entertaining conclusion to this amazing series. Great narration from Valerie Rose Lohman. #StoryOrigin
