This is what Scharmer calls our blind spot. By moving through Scharmer's U process, we consciously access the blind spot and learn to connect to our authentic Self - the deepest source of knowledge and inspiration - in the realm of "presencing," a term coined by Scharmer that combines the concepts of presence and sensing.

Very technical language suited for listening???

Material is interesting. Language is very technical so not well, or not suited for listening??

Theory U is an amazing piece of Work

I found Theory U as a result of my executive MBA program at the University of Westminster in London.

Upon my discovery of it, I immediately dove straight in. I used the methodology presented to launch my own individual journey through the U.

What it resulted in was a year long action research program, content in my final dissertation on Authentic Leadership, And, the launch and publication of my very first book and online course.
