Who proof reads these?

Love the series. Love the narrator. My issue is the inconsistencies throughout the series. There are many times It happens throughout the series. Example..... towards the end of chapter 13 Kenny is doing a hair do test run for her wedding right venue she is to be at a press conference. Polly, the mayors wife that is basically always looking down her nose at Kenny was at the salon too while Kenny was there. Polly tells Kenny as Kenny is running out of the salon to get to the press conference, G9OD LUCK YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT WITH THAT HAIR......." Then just a few short minutes later at the press conference at the beginning of chapter 14 some how Polly is there in the back of the crowd. Kenny mentioned that polly had left the salon before her (Kenny's) hair was do. That is just one example. it happens in almost every book in the series. Being im just a reader and have picked these inconsistencies out it makes you wonder if Ai is editing it and not a real person.
