Solid 4 stars!!!

Once you forgive (or ignore) the main character making some stupid decisions (for example - let's stop for breakfast where I'll be recognized when we are in a hurry to get out of town and are being chased by bad guys), this book is pretty good. Good, fast pacing for a thriller. Definitely a page turner. The story really drew me in. The twists and turns towards the end help explain things that turn a seemingly ok book into a much better story overall once you understand everything. Hard to say more without giving away anything.

I need to mention January LaVoy's great narration. As always, she helped bring the story alive.

Predictable

I’ve enjoyed Brian Freeman’s other books but I found this one slow, predictable and the narrator’s reading overly melodramatic. Disappointing.

Strong start...cop-out ending

Strong start...cop-out ending. Not at all where I thought it was going to go. I was really invested until the end when the "twist" was revealed. It made sense with the rest of the story, but it was kinda disappointing all the same.

BookMuch longer ten needed ruined the book

This book could have been at least 4 chapters shorter Too much filler and repeating.

Good suspense

It was hard to quit listening to this book. Story line twisted and turned and the narrator was spot on.
