One of my favorite adventures beginning to end

A good, fun, adventure story with plenty to keep you invested in the outcome and the characters.

Just couldn’t get into it

I love Zelazny and this won him an award but it just didn’t resonate with me.

Miscellaneous stuff happens

Random stuff happens-- for reasons I guess. Maybe I'm just not smart enough to guess who all the main character was supposed to represent, but nothing seemed connected. The overarching story is a boring AF geopolitical real estate deal.

UGH...and I can't return it

I cannot in good faith rate the story, as I cannot get past the narrator to listen to this. Awful narration. I guess I will have to read the written word myself to find out if it is a story worthy of the award.
