During my 30-year career in the military, I read many books on leadership and human potential, but none of them really stirred my thinking like the book The Heart of a Leader by Ken Blanchard.

In fact, toward the end of my career, I kept a copy of this book on my desk and would reference it often.

That’s why, when I became an author, I knew I wanted to put together a book like his, a book that could help other people like his book had helped me. And after many years of sharing my thoughts in emails and Facebook posts, Thoughts I Think I Think was born.
