A Vivid and Moving Portrait of Edwardian London

"Through the Changing Tides" was an incredibly immersive read that transported me directly to the harsh realities of East London at the turn of the 20th century. I loved was the raw, authentic portrayal of the Cooper family, especially Mary's quiet strength and unwavering determination to keep her daughters safe amidst crushing poverty. This novel is a brilliant start to a series and a truly memorable read.
