Story is good…

…but the excessive rambling of the characters constantly made me lose focus. They were saying the same things in different ways and it comes off to me as filler. There could’ve been more character development in those areas that the characters just rambled on about the current situation they were in. I kept having to rewind and make a conscious effort to pay attention.

Too much!

There was too much sex and profanity. The story couldn’t get going good before another sex scene. I love a good hood book and great sex scene but this was way over the top. I couldn’t finish listening to it. It’s fair to say I gave it more that 10 hours of my time because the story itself is great.
