Inside, four middle-aged sisters bake cookies for the haunted house charity event to take place on the following night. They do not know about the presence of the chupacabra or suspect that she has recruited a human accomplice which may be far more dangerous than the creature herself.

Chupacabra Madness!

Living in New Mexico, I have heard the legend of the Chupacabra. Since the author, Roma Gray, is one of my favorites when I want a short, creepy tale, I jumped at the chance to listen to this book. And, I'm so very glad that I did!

The author has mixed the gruesomeness of a creature that devours its victims with the madness of a mind created by years of torment and abuse into a truly horrific tale. This is a short read, but one of the most horrific I have read in a while.

The narrator did a great job and added a lot to this great story. Thanks for the nightmares, Roma!
