Good listen

I was provided with this audiobook in exchange for an unbiased review. I liked the book. It had good plot flow and character development. The narrator was very good.

Looking forward to the next one

This is the first book I have read/listened to by this author and I would like to listen to another in this series.
It is listed as light gamelit/litrpg. I suppose this has elements similar to a game. The only thing that seems game-like is the magic of the hammer and the bad guy. Runes are said to float in the corner of her vision and she can activate them or they offer commands. Maybe the rest of the series will expand more (I’m not really familiar with the genre definitions). If it doesn’t, I don’t care. I enjoy the story as it is. I really enjoy the various monsters/creatures in this book and how they are not what they seem.———-
This is the third book I have listened to by this narrator ( Elisabeth Lagalee) and I would listen to another. She definitely performs , not just reads the story. Her character voices are great, expression and narration of the action is excellent. She really brings life to the story. ———
There are no explicit sex scenes, or gory violence. There is some occasional, mild swearing. ———

Great escape!

I don't listen to many non sci-fi fantasy novels, I really enjoyed this one !... I'm excited for the continuation!
