Set around the turn of both the 20th and the 21st centuries, a death row murderer takes a hostage and attempts a desperate escape through the rugged terrain of eastern New Mexico. Texas DPS Police pilot, Frank Sharp, and his co-pilot, Randy Barker set out to locate the fugitive and his hostage.
