We've all been there. One minute, you're sprawled out on your bed, minding our own business, and the next, you're lying in the back seat of your best friend's car as she races you to the ER. And not the closest one either. No. You're headed to the one 50 miles farther out, because the one five minutes away is where you start your residency next week.

So there you are, lying in cubicle nine, hoping like hell that the doctor about to examine you isn't young, sexy, or male. Of course, he's all three. Telling him about the clitmaster7000 I have lodged inside me is by far the single most embarrassing moment of my life. Discovering he's my brother's new roommate is even worse.

Contains mature themes.

Great story. More than just humor it will pull at your heart strings and have you crying. But also snort laugh out loud.

Will have you crying and laughing

The characters are fun, the performance is great, and the first half of the story is entertaining. The problem is that the second half of the story partly revolves around an offensive mis-depiction of someone who lost their reproductive organs in childhood or early puberty. When it happens at that age, having our own kids simply never becomes part of the life plan; it's not something we grow up to pine for or wangst endlessly about like Laura does.

Bad depiction of woman infertile since age 14

Cute and funny. Most was predictable but a few surprises thrown in for good measure. Not thrilled with the narration but didn’t hate it.
