This book was easy to read and listen to. The author was so transparent that you felt like he was a friend coming along side to help you be all you can be as a leader. You will also learn from things Hans Finzel says he did wrong. At the end you feel better for having spent time learning from this author who is passionate about good leadership.

Hans has done it again with yet another fabulous book on how to spearhead the challenges of leadership and come away a winner!

While it is very clearly narrated by the author, the tone never feels too serious, nor does the author grandstand. What is given is easy-to-follow jewels that will take an average leader and turn him/her into a much better one! Hans’ wisdom comes through, as do the many practical insights the book offers.

Hans has done a great job with his other works I’ve read, but this one outdoes them all. You get a lot of listening time with this one as well—buy with the utmost confidence!!!
