This title uses virtual voice narration

Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.

There are three things we know to be facts:

  • Lexi is a modern woman living in the modern world. Always has been.
  • Torin is a Scottish Highlander living in an ancient world, looking for a lost princess.
  • And Time Travel does not exist. Their paths will never cross.

Except... none of this is true.

Because occasionally our origins are more ancient than we know.

Our pasts are a mystery.

But family ties and royal lines do not forget — that is the only truth.

And Sometimes Time Travel can be the only explanation.

Torin and the Princess is the first page-turning installment in the Torin and the Princess series. If you crave a love story that begins by accident and grows to become epic… this one is for you.

(Perfect for readers who love fun, deep, time shifting, and romantic stories about an Alpha Male’s devotion, and a Strong Heroine finding her power.)

This dark but sometimes humorous, historical and contemporary time-travel fantasy is from Diana Knightley, the author of Kaitlyn and the Highlander and the Scottish Duke and the Rules of Time Travel.

I have every Diana Knightley book on Kindle and/or Audible, which I enjoy more. Because of virtual voice, I couldn’t even tell I was listening to a Diana Knightley story. Virtual voice is just god awful. I can’t believe she would use it. It takes away from the story. If I could give the performance a -10 I would.

I disliked the virtual voice. would be better with multiple humans. Hopefully for the next volume.

love this author. I'm going back to reread the other stories.

I like this author usually and she has had great narration in all of her other books, but AI narrators are awful 😣 They mispronounce words and put the wrong emphasis on all the time! The only reason I continued listening was because it was free!

AI Narration Sucks!
