False statements are really annoying

The contents make sense and are valuable. However the listener is directed to videos on the website and even when one registers one cannot access them because it doesn’t allow one to login. The charitable view is that they did not account for audible versions of the book. However, despite writing and asking them for help, they have not responded. That doesn’t allow me take the charitable view. Most disappointing.
