A deeply vulnerable share from her beautiful heart. I was incredibly grateful to read and learn Veronica's story. It was a difficult read at times, learning about the many traumas she faced, but also essential in understanding how she created her healing method the Energy Heal-ix . It is truly a testament to her devotional work. .  

For those seeking greater healing and alignment with their body and all aspects of themselves, I highly recommend this book. I personally use these skills whenever I feel an aspect of myself being triggered, and it has been such a blessing in my daily life. This book was eye-opening and truly powerful to read.

No accident this book came across your path

I somehow stumbled upon Veronica’s facebook post on a san diego group and was so drawn to it, I went to her page and was so drawn to her, I proceeded to go to her website and again felt like this woman’s essence had something to share with me. I discovered she had a book and something told me I needed to hear her story. I am so glad I did, I seriously did not expect it to feel as if it was written for me. Everything she shared resonated so much- it was exactly what I needed to hear during this difficult but incredibly transformative time in my life. This book helped me feel less alone in my traumatic experiences, so related, and helped me confront and bring so much to the surface with love and compassion. Her technique reminds me of Buddhist principles of non attachment, combined with jungian/IFS therapy techniques as well as an even more intuitive level of energy work.
