I had heard from elders in the esoteric sciences that the true temple held rites of passage to be performed by certain individuals this included multiple test. And, the biblical story of Cain and Abel, it told a story of two brother that went through the temple's rites. Cain hating, his brother Abel, because he did not pass his testing to the point of killing his brother Abel. So, it did seem to show some authenticity for what I was taught which is good!
