In the summer of 2011, Steven Bradley takes a solo kayaking trip to some of Isle Royale National Park’s outer islands. His relaxing vacation ends abruptly when he discovers something unexpected in an abandoned fishing cabin. He soon finds himself fighting for his very survival. He knows he needs to reach to park authorities but he is being pursued by men carrying weapons. Following several close calls with these men, he finds himself facing a new adversary: thirst. He has become seriously dehydrated and needs to hike six more miles before he can hope to find fresh water. After falling and hurting himself it is not longer clear that will survive long enough to reach authorities. Then, quite unexpectedly, he meets a beautiful young woman who offers him water and ultimately food and a place to sleep. The next morning, the two head out in opposite directions. Before he leaves, though, Jill kisses him briefly, but passionately on the lips. Steven truly feels something for this woman but she already has a boyfriend and lives a thousand miles from Virginia. Would it even make sense for him to call her when he gets home? Action & Adventure Survival
